Just Keep Tracking...................

Well been having a difficult time getting back on the WW Wagon the last few days. I heard on one of the WW boards a saying that I have been using to keep me motivated it's "Just keep Tracking, Just keep tracking". It's my version from Dory from Finding Nemo "Just keep swimming, Just keep Swimming".

My lovely friend sent me this picture today to keep my spirits up, and though I would share it with you all. thanks Em's!

"...Just keep tracking tracking tracking...
What do we do we track, track, track..."

Success... but not on the scales...

Well a very interesting week for me this week. Weigh in Tuesday morning, but I already now the scales may be likely to move up and not down (a sneak peak told me so this morning). I over indulged in the good bubbly stuff at a wedding on the weekend, and I think all my hard work was undone. Thinking my 6.1kgs, might be back to a 5.?kgs this week... arrghhh

So this week I exercised everyday except Sunday (hang-over prevented me from seeing daylight). And I have seen such an improvement in my fitness. I am getting so much healthier. I have been walking, going to the gym, and spending quality time with my new friend Leslie Sansone (I love her walk away the pounds DVD!). Wednesday I went to the gym, worked hard and got home feeling like, I could do more, and did my DVD. I just want to keep moving!!!!!

So no movement on the scales to report (never know, I may be surprised tomorrow).. but feeling like I am taking control of my life again.

Until next week...

Everything is not always as it seems

42 Days gone, and my has time flown. Things have been tough, I am now getting into my new lifestyle and all those HABITS! But 6 weeks ago, on day one, it surely didn't seem possible that I could make it this far. 6 kgs and 6 weeks seemed for far away. As I say everything is not always as it seems. 6kgs is just my first few steps, and my goal, be it a long way away, it actually seems much much closer..... I will make IT!
